In addition to self-directed further training and on-the-job training – which Lindner supports financially – we offer an extensive programme of qualified training courses and seminars. On the one hand, through internal training opportunities such as the LindnerAcademy and, on the other, through professional seminars offered by external providers. These range from product training to personal development and health courses. The topics, content and design of the training measures are tailored to each individual needs. In addition, special leave is granted for each year of apprenticeship.
