FLOOR and more® comfort power flooring system

May 2008 - FLOOR and more® comfort power – a comfortable additional feature.

Arnstorf, May 2008 - Lindner shines with its innovative and comfortable power package,  combining the well-known FLOOR and more® comfort flooring system with the new FLOOR and more® power flooring system.
The FLOOR and more® comfort power package is an ideal product for high-quality interior fit-outs, which will have to withstand high levels of stress and strain within a visually sophisticated room interior.
The system has been developed for areas with very exacting requirements in terms of floor structure and provides a very pleasant, warm atmosphere, thanks to the integral heating system.  In addition to its exceptional load capacity and its seamless surface, this floor will also win you over on account of its very short installation time. It is therefore ideal for use in exhibition areas within car showrooms, in museums, atria , entrance lobbies and libraries.

The dry floor system consists of calcium sulphate with elements, a tonque and groove interlock which gets glued together in order to create a completely sealed and seamless surface. Heating tubes are clipped into the system, which has a thickness of only 64 mm, and which are then sealed flush. The use of completely dry elements means that the building does not have to cope with any additional moisture. Moreover, the floor provides a high level of quality assurance, as the majority of it has already been prefabricated in the factory, something that simply cannot be achieved with conventional screed floors.

The reinforced substructure, with a pedestal grid dimension of 600 x 600mm, and the proven mixture of the panels, can withstand point loads of up to 20 kN acc. to with EN 13213. The combination of environmentally-friendly calcium sulphate panels with a tried-and-tested mixture and in-house developed heavy-duty pedestals gives this dry floor system additional load bearing capacity, corresponding to approx. 8 tonnes per square metre. The large cavity under the floor provides adequate room for building services of all types
and various floor coverings, such as parquet or stone, can be laid after a drying time of 48 hours. The floor can then be immediately walked upon as well as being subjected to full loads. There are also special floor coverings designed to withstand heavy loads, which can be used with heavy vehicles, such as scissor lifts and forklift trucks.

All new products developed in-house by Lindner will be rated according to their environmental compatibility. This Lindner floor system is also exemplary in terms of environmental friendliness, as Lindner solely uses ecologically tested and approved materials.
