“One world - one team” - Lindner offers new trainee programme
In the coming year, the Lindner Group will be launching the International Trainee Programme with the aim of training the company’s international young executives. Ten to fifteen graduates with a specialism in technology will be given the opportunity to start their careers at Lindner in March 2012.

The focus lies on the development and support of the trainees, who are expected to be taken on as project managers following training in one of the company’s subsidiaries abroad, such as Brazil, China, France, Russia or the United Arab Emirates. The interior work specialist is looking for committed and flexible applicants with a cultural connection to their future location. This means that mastering the country’s language and familiarity with the country-specific characteristics are both important qualifications.
The programme aims to break down the Lower Bavarian company’s intercultural barriers with its subsidiaries abroad, improve international communication and harmonise the high-quality standard of service.
The training will take place at the headquarters in Arnstorf and is based on the rotation principle. The trainees will get to know all of the company’s important areas and will be employed at the areas’ current construction sites. To provide the graduates with as many skills as possible along the way, there will also be product training courses, intercultural training courses and events to build personal networks held within the company. In this way, they will enjoy the best possible support while developing their professional and personal skills. The recruiting phase for the International Trainee Programme at Lindner Group began with the company’s participation in the SinoJobs Career Days in Nuremberg. Further trade fair appearances are being planned to further boost the company’s appearance and present Lindner as an attractive employer.
