What is the Extranet?
The Extranet is an extended area of our website where detailed information about our products and services is available.

How much does it cost to use the Extranet?
Nothing! Registration and use of the Extranet are free of charge. 

How do I register?
Please register » here by entering your personal details and a password of your choice. Following your registration you will receive an e-mail sent to the address you entered. Once you have confirmed receipt of this e-mail you can logon with your details.
If the registration e-mail does not arrive within 30 minutes, please write to us at: websupport@Lindner-Group.com. Also check that the e-mail has not landed in your spam folder.

How do I find documents on the Extranet?
Once you have logged on you can access the navigation via some sub-menus. Here you will find additional information:
 

What should I do if I cannot find something in the Extranet?
Please contact our technical sales department. The telephone number can be found on almost every page of the website in the grey box below the body text.  
Alternatively you can find your contact partner via the » Contact page by entering your country and your requirements.

I can’t login or I don’t remain logged in.
This problem often occurs if you have visited our website before setting up the Extranet. Please delete all cookies.
In Internet Explorer:
Tools > Internet Options … > General > Browsing History – Delete … > Delete Cookies.
In Firefox:
Tools > Clear Private Data … > Select Cookies > Clear Private Data Now.

Password entry box fills with dots
Please notice that it is not an error when the entry box for your password automatically fills with dots after clicking the login button.
User name and password will be transferred correctly nevertheless. If the log-in fails, please make sure you entered your individual username and password correctly, especially when using upper and lower cases. Please also check for an accidentally engaged Caps Lock key.  

I don´t receive a new password
Unfortunately it happens in few cases that users do not receive the e-mail as it is detected by the spam filter and filed in the spam folder.
If possible please check your spam folder.
You can also ask for a new password by writing an e-mail to: websupport(at)lindner-group.com
