Bundeskartellamt approves the joint venture between the SGL Group and Lindner Group for graphite-based “green” building air-conditioning system
23.11.2012 – The joint venture announced for “green” building air-conditioning technology between SGL Group – The Carbon Company – and the Lindner Group, the international construction specialists, has been approved by the Bundeskartellamt (Federal Cartel Office) in the notification from November 8.

Project Report: Facade Redevelopment Lindner Headquarters, Arnstorf
13.11.2012 – Within just a few weeks in summer 2010 large parts of the old facade of the Lindner headquarters in Arnstorf were replaced by glass and aluminum facade elements. During the construction phase operations in the affected offices could be maintained due to a sophisticated and simple construction as well as assembly.
