A feel-good atmosphere

With Lindner raised floor systems, intelligent heating and cooling systems regulate the interior climate to an optimum level – both in summer and in winter. It is thus possible to live and work in comfort. Take advantage of greater comfort: as radiators become redundant, there is now more free space at the planning stage.

NORTEC comfort

The NORTEC comfort raised floor system is a calcium sulphate raised floor with integral underfloor heating with every panel providing tried and tested access for service and maintenance. Only suitable and tested floor coverings for heated floors can be applied.

FLOOR and more^® comfort

The dry floor system, FLOOR and more^® comfort, that can be easily and quickly laid, has a seamless surface which can be used for entrance areas and atria, as well as for offices and industrial premises. Heated pipes, which are clipped into factory prefabricated floor panels and then sealed, are the key feature of the system. The floor can be tailored to any project and can be used a few days after it is laid.

The integral underfloor pipework provides a highly efficient heating system. FLOOR and more^® comfort is more efficient overall than traditional screed systems, due to ist minimal overall height convincing, minimal weight and fast reacting heating system.

The Institute for Building Biology Rosenheim GmbH recommends FLOOR and more^® calcium sulphate panels and NORTEC comfort flooring systems.
