The former industrial area Ausserhollingen is one of the key development areas of Bern. It is being transformed into a modern, environmentally friendly city district. Located in Ausserhollingen, the residential and business complex "ARK 143" profits from its central location, proximity to schools and kindergartens, various spare time activities nearby as well as promising future prospects thanks to investments of the city and private investors.
