Over the last 3–4 years, Lindner GFT GmbH has been following a path of continuous improvement to the existing industrial panel, in order to satisfy various technical requirements for lamination or other processes.
The new NORIT-IP Faserplus is especially suited for surfacing applications, such as real wood veneers or laminates.

Superior to conventional non-combustible units, our new panels have:

  • Significantly improved edge and surface bonding
  • Reduced weight
  • Lower levels of dust produced while being worked
  • Greater handling stability
  • Building material class A2 (DIN 4102) – A1 (EN 13501-1)
  • A good screw extraction profile, due to interior stability

These improvements result from the use of cellulose fibres of the very highest quality, with material selection and quantity playing a decisive role. Demand for the use of certified building materials in the "non-combustible" material class is now an increasingly important factor, especially for use in public building work. For this reason, all industry panels from Lindner GFT have been designed to continue to satisfy the "non-combustible" standard even when used in combination with surfacing materials.

Our versatile manufacturing process makes it possible for us to produce series panels with maximum dimensions of 1,270 mm wide by 3,030 mm in length. Custom lengths of up to 6,000 mm and varying panel thicknesses are also available on request. Panel finishing, however, requires only conventional, standard tools and adhesive systems. If required, panel colouration can also be requested – with a choice of various brown or grey tints, for example.

To ensure we meet the high quality standards demanded by the market, Lindner GFT GmbH only ever uses FGD gypsum. This gypsum prevents the occurrence of any inclusions or contamination and is produced entirely from recycling waste. FGD gypsum is first processed with cellulose fibre into a homogeneous mixture. After the addition of water – and no other binding agents – this mixture is formed into stable panels, before being dried and cut to the required form.  We market our panels via an extensive network involving wood wholesalers and selected industry customers.

Lindner GFT designs, manufactures and markets fibre-reinforced gypsum and dry lining products. Some 25,000 m² of ultra-modern manufacturing facilities can be found on our factory premises in Dettelbach, near Würzburg in Lower Franconia. Our one-of-a-kind production process guarantees the highest levels of quality and reliability. Innovative manufacturing technologies ensure that our production is environmentally neutral. We focus on technical improvements to our products and the continuous improvement of our production processes for the benefit of our customers. To ensure an outstanding final product that is low-cost and always high quality, we currently employ 70 members of staff.
