“We’re building our careers together!” – Start of Vocational Training at Lindner
On Sept 1st, 80 young talents have started their vocational training with Lindner Group. Hans Lindner personally welcomed the apprentices in Arnstorf together with divisional board member Günther Greil, department head for personnel development and vocational training Christine Nussbaumer, and members of the youth and apprentice representation.
The new colleagues will be introduced to their teams and work environment as well as the company with its diversified business fields through individual and group trainings and activities in the upcoming weeks. Experienced supervisors within the specialist departments will accompany them on these first steps of their work lives.
Lindner offers vocational training for 23 different industrial, technical and commercial skilled professions – ranging from draughtsman and drywall fitter to carer for the elderly and brewer. More than 1,500 youths have started their careers as apprentices with Lindner over the years and most of them are still with the company, very often in team leading and management positions. Today, Lindner Group is the largest approved apprenticeship employer in the Bavarian Rottal-Inn district and provides vocational training at seven other company locations, for instance the production facility in Dettelbach.
