Lindner delivers individual curtain walls and therefore we are able to adjust our bespoke system also to special requirements like blast and bullet resistance, airport projects or for refurbishment jobs.
We also have a Special Works Division that specialises in bespoke but niche projects which encompass the full range of cladding-related services. We pride ourselves on working closely with the project architects and cost consultants to find the most practical and cost-effective solution for each individual project. This is often the key to our success in being awarded projects.
Blast and bullet resistance
At some projects, a blast and/ or bullet resistance is required for the façade, which means various adjustments to a regular construction are necessary.
Refurbishment and re-cladding is a very demanding discipline in facade engineering which is becoming more and more important and also part of Lindner’s range of services.
Airport Projects is a dedicated team of airside security-cleared managers, supervisors and operatives which has worked on many major airports, including Heathrow Terminal 5 and Terminal 2, as well as jobs at Frankfurt and Köln-Bonn airport. We carry out works both airside and landside to accommodate all our clients' requirements.
Our Special Projects team undertakes the design, manufacture and installation of standard and bespoke facade, glazing, cladding and roofing systems, with contract values typically ranging from £100k up to £3M. It benefits from all the many advantages that come from being part of the Lindner Group with a personal touch.
