The new Abu Dhabi Investment Council Headquarters is located in the two 145 meter high Al Bahar Towers. The 25-storey twin office towers offer a modern work environment for up to 1,000 employees each. Lindner delivered a FLOOR and more® hollow floor with a marble floor covering for the lobby area and customised metal ceilings consisting of large pyramid shaped ceiling elements.

The Tornado Tower is a 52 storey office building and is expected to become one of the highlights of Doha's skyline. Lindner fitted raised floor and glass partition systems to this project.

Lindner Middle East is the central contact for the supply and installation of interior fit-out products by Lindner in the Middle East. The Dubai-based company provides consultancy to architects, consultants and clients in order to elaborate project-specific solutions. 

The Kilani Health Care Institute is the latest extension of the Farah Maternity Hospital of Amman, extending it by 80 single rooms and a sophisticated operating facility. Lindner Middle East was a major contractor for the interior fit-out of the operating facility. Lindner supplied and installed numerous systems, including partitions, doors, wall claddings and ceilings. Furthermore, Lindner was contracted with the construction of custom glazed balustrades in the atrium.

The Joint-Venture Lindner-Depa received the orders for the interior fit-out of various underground stations in Dubai. The works at the stations Burjuman, All Rigga, Mall of Emirates und Nakheel Harbour and Towers are already completed, some more stations are still under construction. Lindner produced, delivered and fitted 53.000 m^² of customized ceilings! 30.000 m^² of the ceiling systems received an ARTline decor. which is a special powder coating technique.

Lindner carried out custom made real wood laminated suspended ceilings and wall cladding. Curved aluminium ribs with real wood laminated aluminium panel enclosure were installed and custom made linear wood grill assembly was fitted.
