In the open office spaces meeting and working areas were created – separated by various Lindner glass partitions and aluminium and glass doors.
In addition, lightly coloured wooden wall cladding was chosen to match the restrained, clean design concept. Matching wooden doors and acoustically effective wall claddings made of metal round off the room design.

Using synergies and fighting crime better together – that is how the concept of the new police and justice centre on the goods station site in Zurich, Switzerland can be described.
The six-storey building complex with a length of 280 metres and a width of 115 metres not only bundles 30 different sites on almost 34,000 m², but also brings various police and justice institutions together.

The Zurich Police and Justice Centre is one of the largest and most complex construction projects in Switzerland – not only in terms of the project size, but also because of the different requirements to the building:
In addition to modern office space it offers for example a gym for the police school and laboratory facilities for forensics.

As a highlight, Lindner developed a 2-storey interior façade functioning as a viewing window to the gym.
In accordance with the strict Swiss restrictions, it had to be fall-proof, tested for seismic safety and meet the requirements of fire resistance class EI 30.
