Youth Development

MANY WAYS LEAD TO SUCCESS

No matter whether training, studies or later further education, there are many ways to a successful career. Therefore we offer many different possibilities to find the right entry and your own way.

The Hans Lindner Foundation has been cooperating with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology since 2000, when an endowed chair for start-up management and entrepreneur ship was created. The cooperation was further intensified and close ties were also established with other universities such as the Rosenheim Technical Institute. The main emphasis is on sustainable construction and environment as well as building physics/fire protection, each with its own professorship at the universities.

In addition, there are teaching activities and research projects with the Rosenheim Technical University, the Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and the OTH Regensburg as well as joint (practical) projects with Bachelor and Master students, e.g. with the Technical University of Rosenheim in the field of "product development, lightweight steel construction, acoustics and thermal comfort". Dual studies are also possible at Lindner. Our primary goal is to combine practical experience and academic training in the best possible and realistic way. This also includes regular visits, joint excursions and lectures – these are also organised in cooperation with regional vocational schools.

Quality training and long-term career opportunities are a matter of the heart at Lindner. Youth development starts with a wide range of apprenticeships in the company, but also includes internships for school pupils, holiday jobs as well as special workshops and personality training for apprentices and job starters. Lindner also promotes and actively supports the regular further training and personal development of its employees, e. g. with a variety of expert courses and trainings.
