Artistic freedom in Ship Fit-out
On 6th of September 2017, Lindner Objektdesign GmbH showed its diverse Ship Fit-out product range to clients, partners and architects in Deverhafen, next to Papenburg. The get-together has been fully committed to the design freedom of the COMP+ products.
Most of the invitees didn’t have to travel far, as the event took place closely to the premises of the Meyer Werft in Papenburg. Guests, representatives of the Meyer Werft and different shipping companies as well as customers from supply-only and architects got the chance to enjoy the entertainment hall on the Genting Dream, like on Lindner Objektdesign’s stand at the last year’s Seatrade Cruise Global in Fort Lauderdale. In a short speech, the Executive Board Heinrich Büchner presented Lindner AG and the General Manager Reinhold Sigl presented Lindner Objektdesign GmbH, following a specialist lecture on the subject “Acoustics in Ship Fit-out” by Carsten Worms of Müller BBM.
Afterwards, with good food and drinks and music, the invitees not only talked about common projects and had a look at the products, but also took a try on them. Julian Wuttke, head of the new department Sir.Face, presented in little workshops new variations of Lindner’s leightweight products COMP+, leaving no surface design left impossible. Another highlight has been Andreas Otto, a lightning sketcher, who caricatured all of the 50 guests within three or four minutes on a COMP+ panel, making it a nice memory of a successful event.
