Ground-breaking ceremony for Residential Park Lozen
In 2008, the Lindner Group acquired a large plot of land in Lozen, just outside Sofia in Bulgaria. Now, following the model of the Residential Park Sofia, which was also built by Lindner, a housing project is being realized there.
On June 25, 2019, the ground was broken for Residential Park Lozen. Participating were, among others, the Deputy Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Tomislav Donchev, the President of the German-Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Tim Kurt, Deputy Mayor of Sofia, Assoz. Prof. Todor Chobanov, and Hubertus Klink, the head of the economic department of the German Embassy. The Lindner Group was attended by Veronika Lindner, Chairwoman of the Board, Helmut Lang, Managing Director of Lindner Group, and Georgi Ranchev, Managing Director of Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD. Following Bulgarian tradition, a tree was planted and a bottle of sparkling wine was broken on the excavator before it lifted the first shovel of earth. Two Orthodox priests attended and spoke prayers.
In the first phase of construction at Residential Park Lozen, 136 single-family, two-family and terraced houses as well as a public area with a school, kindergarten, sports centre as well as commercial and public areas will be built. The project will be realised by Lindner Bulgaria EOOD. The Deputy Prime Minister wished Lindner success and further projects in Bulgaria, also outside the cities of Sofia and Russe.
