Continued professional development is an essential element of architectural practice. For this reason, the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) operates what is known as the CPD (Continuing Professional Development) Network: With the help of partnerships with accredited construction companies, CPD events are organised on-site and online. Lindner is now part of the CPD Network.

In Ireland, Architects and Architectural Technologists are required to undergo regular Continuing Professional Development and keep abreast of developments in the construction industry. Therefore, it is compulsory to achieve 40 CPD points each year.

Lindner in the RIAI CPD Network

Lindner is now part of the RIAI CPD Network, offering CPD events on raised floor systems and Green Building. The free events provide relevant information – technically up to date – and offer clear added value for participants, who also receive CPD points for this. The RIAI CPD Network is a partnership between the he Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland and commercial companies working in the construction industry to develop high-quality, vetted events for architects.

The RIADI CPD Network

The Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland supports the architectural profession, promotes the value that architecture brings to society for everyone’s benefit, and maintains the Register for Architects in Ireland. Each contractor in the CPD network must meet certain requirements set via panel assessment and undergo an accreditation process. Good training opportunities lead to better buildings, better consumer protection and higher customer satisfaction.
