Description: | The software company MicroNova expanded its site at the headquarters in Vierkirchen in the north of Munich by the construction of an office building. Through its long-term business success in its 30-year history, the company, which today offers a variety of software solutions in four business areas, has experienced steady growth. However, the increasing number of employees minimized the spatial resources. MicroNova owner Josef W. Karl therefore decided to set up a new headquarters with an investment volume of seven million euros, while continuing to use the existing building. This is how the new "Business Park Vierkirchen" was created in conjunction with the existing office building. The modern new building offers space for 140 employees on three floors with a total area of 3,500 m² and thus enough reserves for further growth. In addition, around 100 car parking spaces have been created, of which 34 are located in the underground car park of the new building. Devices for an upcoming petrol station for electric cars are also already available on the site. With Lindner AG, a partner was found for the interior fit-out of the building. As an integral part of the building temperature control, Plafotherm® DS heating / cooling canopy ceilings were installed. The heat output required for this purpose is obtained from the waste heat of a nearby biogas plant. With regard to the floor systems, the choice fell on FLOOR and more®. This system has been installed throughout the building, allowing the fitting of technical installations in the floor cavity. Heavy-load areas were equipped with FLOOR and more® power. In order to develop inspection openings, the raised floor NORTEC was integrated in certain places. In addition, Lindner took over the execution and coordination of numerous other trades for the interior fit-out of the new building.
