| Description: | NEWTON is a newly built office building that aims to set new standards for sustainability in the West End of Munich. Its overall concept seeks certification to DGNB Platinum. NEWTON offers around 37,000 m² of office space for up to 2,000 employees of the client TÜV SÜD Group and numerous rental units. A natural environment for well-being is also created by six courtyards and a state-of-the-art glass facade architecture. Lindner contributed to the fit-out of the common areas and all rental units in the building under the construction management of CL Map GmbH. |
