Description: | The former Cavagnari di Cariparma Business Center has been transformed into a new campus and corporate headquarters by the banking group Crédit Agricole Italia. In the park-like environment of 20,500 m², there are several buildings with a cumulated floor area of approximately 7,000 m². The office buildings each include a courtyard over the entire height, around which all other areas such as open office space, separate offices and meeting rooms are located. The sustainable overall concept of the building was honored with a LEED Gold certification. Innovative energy concepts such as geothermal energy and photovoltaics, water reclamation, LED lighting, automatic lighting control systems as well as a holistic integration of the climatic conditions into the structural planning of the buildings contributed to this.
Lindner also contributed to the interior fit-out of the campus with sustainable products. For example, a large number of canopy ceilings of the type LMD DS were installed, which were predominantly equipped with Plafotherm® heating and cooling technology. This water-bearing temperature control technology ensures very comfortable and energy-efficient temperature control in the Crédit Agricole campus. In addition, luminaires were seamlessly integrated into the systems. |
