The real estate company C&P built a new headquarters in Graz, Austria. The design of the building is based on the corporate design as well as the core values of the company: transparency, added value, structure, flexibility, movement and efficiency. On this basis, the local architecture firm INNOCAD created a clearly structured cube with over 1,900 m² of office space. In designing the office environment, employees' needs and the latest insights into designing open-space offices were combined to create so-called creative spaces. It is a room concept with different, activity-based zones to provide the optimal environment for any form of work.

The Lindner GmbH was able to contribute to the interior design of the C&P headquarters with raised floors of the type LIGNA.
