Portico Office Center in Warsaw is an intimate and modern office building located in the center part of the Capital. The building was made by Lindner in the general contracting system, it offers over 3,900 sq m of high-standard office space and an underground car park. A particular challenge during the implementation was the foundation of the building and securing the neighboring tenement house. The building is distinguished by an intriguing facade design. Since 2015, this building has become the new headquarters of Lindner Polska Sp. z o.o.
