The Expertum Group is a Hamburg-based recruitment agency and consultancy. Since 2022, its own employees have been housed on the fifth floor of the new Stadthausbrücke 1-3. Of course, a recruitment agency like Expertum is well aware of the importance of inspiring working environments – the offices therefore impress with open communication areas, transparent partition walls and flexible room layouts.

Lindner was responsible for the tenant fit-out including implementation planning. In keeping with the Expertum Group's slogan "From industry. For industry", the rooms appear in the latest industrial style: Lindner Life Industrial partition systems separate the individual offices from each other and ensure a modern look. Various Lindner luminaires skilfully highlight the rooms, while drywall work and matching doors round off the modern look of the working environments. The fit-out package was supplemented by various painting and carpentry works.
