| Description: | THE ICON VIENNA is a building ensemble that consists of three towers of different sizes that are connected through a base building. The ensemble´s main use is for office spaces, which are distributed on about 74.000 m² throughout the three towers. Additionally, the base building offers a selection of retail shops, restaurants and a gym on an area of about 7.300 m². Lindner contributed dry construction works and metal ceilings on a large scale for the interior fit-out of THE ICON VIENNA. Furthermore, one of the tenants chose Lindner partition systems for the spatial separation within their rental units. Lindner Life Freeze 137 glass partitions were fitted throughout this unit and finished with wooden doors, full partitions, foliations and partially curved constructions. Several room-in-room systems were built to allow for confidential discussions and phone calls.
