Woodberry Park is one of the largest urban revitalisation projects in London. It is set to create over 4,500 residential units in a natural environment and with excellent connection to the city centre. The quarter is easily distinguished from afar through the 30-storey residential tower Woodberry KSS3, which houses 130 luxury apartments. Its modern design features large glazed areas with integrated aluminum panels. Lindner Fassaden GmbH was responsible for the production and installation of the curtain wall facade of Woodberry KSS3. The Lindner facade system CW85 was used as a foundation for this multi-faceted unitised facade, combining various materials and fittings. These include lift-up sliding doors, swing doors, room-high glazings, projected top-hung windows as well as terracotta and aluminum panels. Furthermore, prefabricated balconies with consistent glass banisters have been integrated into the facade. With its balconies, integrated conservatories and fully glazed corners, the building offers a panoramic view over its surroundings and the city.
