The Lindner GmbH in Baden near Vienna in Austria has been producing its own honey since 2019: Five bee colonies live on the meadows at the site. For this purpose, the meadows were transformed into special nutrient meadows.

Lindner has developed into one of the leading specialists for sustainable construction in the past decades. Many Lindner products are C2C certified and have environmental product declarations. At the Austrian site in Baden, 100 % of the electricity comes from renewable energies and partly from its own small hydropower plant on the Wiener Neustädter Kanal. With the bee colonies and the meadows surrounding the sites, Lindner wants to contribute to the conservation of biodiversity. Lindner in Dettelbach has also been producing honey since 2015 in collaboration with the Schwarzacher Behindertenwerkstätten.

If you post a photo of your bee meadow with the hashtag #beeLindner on Instagram, you have the chance to win one out of ten Lindner honey jars from our location in Baden, Austria.
