The Düsseldorf-based veterinary clinic of Dr. Krauß is one of the leading clinics of its kind in Germany, with an extensive competence spectrum in the examination and treatment of pets. In order to perform the methods of examination and treatment, the clinic´s staff of 30, including 14 veterinaries, has state-of-the-art facilities and equipment at its disposal. In the course of a redevelopment project, this venerable clinic set up a modern operating environment consisting of a central hallway and five operating theatres. Lindner Reinraumtechnik GmbH was contracted with the production and installation of various fit-out performances in this environment. For instance, Lindner pharma partitions have been used for spatial separation and interior cladding of the existing facade. Transparency is maintained in this environment through the combination of solid partition elements and partially glazed elements. As to functionality, these operating theatre partitions have been fitted with integrated exhaust air ducts. Furthermore, material locks from the inventory and glazed sliding doors with opening mechanisms, which are beneficial to transparency and functionality alike. The partitions are complemented by Post-Cap ceiling systems with integrated lighting and ventilation technology.
