Description

Projet: Torre PwC Milano, Italy
Description:

Technological innovation meets sustainable building – this was the guiding principle behind the PwC Tower in Milan, designed by Daniel Libeskind and completed in 2019. Since then, it has become an integral part of the Milan skyline: State-of-the-art construction technology and strict sustainability criteria merge in the prism-shaped building and create a modern working environment in the middle of the city's largest pedestrian zone. The 175 m high tower with a total area of 33,500 m² is the headquarters of the auditing company PwC and, among other things, offers space for around 500 employees and 4 client service lines. Thanks to its unique structure and the latest technologies, energy and water consumption in the building can be reduced to a minimum. In terms of sustainability, the 31-storey PwC tower has thus become a pioneer in the construction industry.

Lindner was commissioned to supply and install the floor architecture: the NORTEC raised floor system was installed in much of the complex.
