After the renovation of the listed Benedictine Abbey of St. Gertrud in Tettenweis, Bavaria by Lindner, on 15 July, the first residents were able to move into the 59 apartments for assisted living in the newly opened PARKWOHNSTIFT Tettenweis. The first construction phase is almost completed now after 26 months.

Together with his colleagues, the managing director of the PARKWOHNSTIFT, Helmut Schaitl, greeted the first residents in assisted living with flowers for women and chocolates for men. Step by step, new residents will move in in the near future and the PARKWOHNSTIFT family in Tettenweis will grow. The sisters of the Benedictine Abbey are also living in the renovated rooms of the monastery since 24 July.

There is an in-house laundry, a hairdresser and a post office available to residents. Culinary delights can be found in the newly furnished kitchen and the associated monastery café with an inner courtyard terrace being built.
