On May 30, 2020, the Lindner AG was converted to Lindner SE (Societas Europaea) – a strategically important step for the globally operating Lindner Group. The Lindner AG is still the most important and largest part of the construction division of the Lindner Group with headquarters in Arnstorf, Germany.

For several years, Lindner has lived a leadership culture based on partnership and responsibility across all business units. Therefore, the internationally oriented company form SE is particularly suitable: “The new company form not only reflects the diversity and the committed management structure at Lindner, it also provides the best basis for continuous further development. With the change of name, we are following the successful examples of other family companies from Germany, such as Porsche, Sixt, Kärcher and Bertelsmann,” says Veronika Lindner, Chairman of the Board at the Lindner Group. The companies named have opted for the European legal form "SE" in recent years.

The new Lindner SE continues to combine production, sales and handling of interior fit-out projects worldwide. It is active in the marketing of Lindner fit-out products as well as in all trades in drywall construction up to complete fit-out. In addition, the SE forms an international network of branches and subsidiaries, including – especially for large projects – International Projects Contracting and International Product Supplies.

The Lindner Group is Europe’s leading manufacturer and contractor for the building envelope, interior fit-out and insulation. The family-owned company has more than 55 years of experience in “building with new solutions”, developing and executing individual and progressive project solutions that offer Add.Vantage. 12 managing directors, all from the company’s own ranks and having been with the company for many years and decades, are ultimately responsible for the individual operating units. With over 7,500 employees worldwide, Lindner operates production facilities and subsidiaries in more than 20 countries, and realises an annual output of over 1 billion euros.
