Cutty Sark, London

Cutty Sark is a true London landmark and national icon of British maritime history. Built in 1869, Cutty Sark is the only surviving example of a clipper ship. As part of the renovation, the ship was raised three metres from the floor of the dry dock to allow the construction of a state of the art museum space below. Lindner installed a FLOOR and more® comfort hollow floor to the museum and reception areas, with an area of FLOOR and more® in the ship’s bow and cafe.

Lindner Interiors Ltd.

Lindner Interiors is the interior fit-out specialist of Lindner Group in Great Britain. Through decades of experience, a specialised workforce and the production capabilities of Lindner Group, Lindner Interiors is capable of putting every requirement of interior fit-out into practice.

Stephen Hawking Building, Cambridge

Lindner installed plasterboard ceilings in some of the corridors and the Fellows rooms, maple and fermacell wall panels in the corridors, drop and slide ceilings in the corridors and conference room, floating floor in the student rooms, maple wood strip floor in the corridors, conference room and student apartments and the furniture in the top floor rooms.

Tate Modern 2, London

The Tate Gallery of Modern Art, in short Tate Modern, was initially set up for about 2 million annual visitors, however, soon the numbers exceeded 5 million per year. In order to meet this enormous demand, the museum was extended by 21,000 sqm through a new construction that was finished in June 2016. Lindner was contracted with the production and installation of 10,000 sqm of hollow floors type FLOOR and more® power for the extension of Tate Modern. This hollow floor system is an ideal basis for the museum thanks to being able to hide technical installations in the floor void while also offering the capability to carry very heavy loads. The floors were finished with a strip parquet covering.
