Hypercube ist das erste Gebäude des Skolkovo Innovation Centers am Stadtrand von Moskau. Bis 2020 wird in Skolkovo eine Kleinstadt mit 20.000 Einwohnern und 600 Firmen entstehen. Das siebengeschossige Gebäude zeichnet sich besonders durch seine Wirtschaftlichkeit und Energieeffizienz aus. Ein innovatives Innenraumkonzept ermöglicht eine flexible Raumnutzung entsprechend den wechselnden Anforderungen. Lindner stattete das Gebäude mit 4.500 m² Systemböden aus.
