With the acquisition of the Goldbach NORIT Group, the Dettelbach site became part of the Lindner Group in 1998. Through consistent investment and development it is now one of the most modern production sites for building products in Europe. On 25,000 m², Lindner NORIT GmbH & Co. KG produces innovative raised and hollow floors, fire protection and drywall panels, dry screeds and underfloor heating systems for all areas of application – from real wood veneered FIREwood cladding for concert hall fit-out to NORIT-Underfloor Heating for private house construction.

Since 1999, young people have the opportunity to enter the apprenticeship programme in Dettelbach to be trained In a variety of professions. In 2014, the company was awarded the title of "Most Family-Friendly Employer in Main-Franconia". Two years later, the company received the Sustainability Award 2016. All employees at the Dettelbach production work with great commitment towards the realization of a waste-free production. An important milestone to achieve this has been the successful implementation of the Cradle-to-Cradle Certified^® cycle for the system floor products NORTEC and FLOOR and more^®.
