Residential Park Sofia is a subsidiary of the Lindner Group, Germany, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. Started in 2007, RPS is a major residential community, the first of its kind and scale in Bulgaria. It is designed as an enclosed residential neighbourhood consisting of a variety of multi-family, single-family and row houses, a park, and commercial space. Thanks to its location in the periphery of Sofia and closeness to the Vitosha mountains, the Residential Park Sofia combines living in urbanity and nature.
