The success story of the applike group continues, as does the collaboration with Lindner as a partner for tenant fit-out. What began as a start-up in 2015 has now grown into one of the top ten largest app platforms worldwide. With ongoing success, there is also a growing need for office space that meets both the technical requirements and the company philosophy, as well as the needs of the employees of the corporate group. The spatial concept, featuring individual themes and colour worlds for each floor, was created by BAID Architects. After the applike group had already expanded the office space at its headquarters "An der Alster 42", the company took on additional space in "ADA 1" in 2023, also located on the Alster and designed by BAID.

The existing building from 2007 is known for its "floating eyes", which serve as a design element in the facade and the interior, including as recesses in the concrete ceilings. These recesses were used by the architects to optimise the acoustics or the reverberation time in the room. However, it was important to ensure that the concrete core activation of the ceiling was not weakened. Lindner recommended the Mute + sound absorbers for this purpose: They can be perfectly integrated into the ceiling recesses and, thanks to prior calculation and simulation, also ensure optimal room acoustics. In terms of sustainable and circular construction, Lindner was also able to effectively support BAID. Mute + are easily deconstructable and made from materials that have been tested for harmful substances. The glass partitions in the existing building were still in very good condition in parts. Therefore, it was decided to reuse some of the glass elements after cleaning them, with new profiles from Lindner Life Pure 620. Additional office spaces were separated with new Lindner Life Stereo 125 partition walls, which are also very easily deconstructable and reusable. As part of the tenant fit-out, Lindner also took care of the renovation and fresh-up of the existing office spaces as well as the tea kitchens, washrooms, open meeting points, and lounges.
