Our sales network offers architects, facade planners and clients comprehensive advice on a wide range of topics, such as:

• new construction/refurbishment incl. concept development
• life cycle assessment according to DIN-EN-15978:2012-01 for life cycles A1 to A5
• interdisciplinary planning of interior fit-out and facade
• certified testing of facade systems

Our designers and engineers work out the architect's plan in terms of statics and building physics. We also support you economically with the possibility of a design-to-budget solution by means of a planning contract (PCSA). Furthermore, we offer you the creation of the CO₂ footprint of the entire building envelope, which is particularly advantageous for applying for subsidies.

Based on the technical and economic solutions worked out, we then develop a conclusive project sequence and installation concept.

The key to success lies in meticulous planning, regular communication and extensive experience: From the very beginning, our project managers are actively involved in the tendering process to guarantee our clients the best possible implementation options. We focus on a seamless transition between tender preparation and project execution.

In project execution, we work in permanently assigned project teams: These are located in our branches until the start of the project and on site from the start of construction, which allows us to directly control and monitor our processes. With regular focus meetings, the lead project manager, together with the project design manager, ensures a continuous flow of information from approval planning to work and installation planning.

Our project structure guarantees partnership-based and goal-oriented teamwork in which mutual trust and honesty have top priority – both internally and externally towards customers and partners.

We achieve a high-quality building envelope thanks to a maximum of technical skills and know-how in state-of-the-art machining software. By default, we rely on parametric 3D planning in Revit and Inventor, with freeforms programmed in Rhino using Grasshopper, Python and C-Sharp. This means that even highly complex, three-dimensional geometries can be planned.

We offer you products that conform to approvals, special solutions with individual approvals or with project-related construction type approvals. Our associated special departments prepare the necessary heat and sound insulation calculations. With extraordinary systems, such as the wood-aluminium hybrid facade, we offer the latest facade developments for innovative building owners, architects and facade planners.

For an optimal approval process, we prepare Visual Mock-Ups (VMU) with original components that reproduce the design draft 1:1 and thus convey the real visual impression at an early stage.

To ensure that a project-specific facade system not only meets aesthetic, but also technical requirements, we create Performance Mock-Ups (PMU). The elements in the approved design, which are produced exclusively for test purposes, are then transported to the test site of an institute: There, they are checked for air permeability, driving rain resistance and static integrity, among other things. Our in-house R&D department also carries out a variety of other tests, such as impact and cycle tests for windows. Besides, we can have acoustic tests carried out in the independent and accredited sound laboratory in Arnstorf.

The majority of our facade production is located at our main site in Arnstorf: Here, we work with sophisticated logistics and extensive production capacities on a production area of 19,400 m². Furthermore, the facade production benefits from the great production depth and capacity of the Lindner Group at the Arnstorf site, so that we can switch to other production halls in the event of capacity utilisation peaks.

At Lindner, we know how important the installation phase is for a successful, safe and on-time handover of the building envelope to the customer. For this reason, we drive forward the installation planning from the start of the project. Involving our site managers in the planning process at an early stage is essential. On site, we rely on a large, full-time team and fast communication with our offices worldwide. Thanks to modern equipment in our construction site offices with up-to-date data infrastructure, we guarantee effective work.

In any case, safety is our top priority: Thus, security specialists are on duty around the clock on our construction sites – not only to protect our own employees and clients, but also to actively involve ourselves in the overall safety concept of the project.

Lindner has its own service and maintenance teams at its locations: These take on a wide range of tasks – from the replacement of a single pane of glass to the dismantling and recladding of an entire building envelope. Of course, we pay special attention to disrupting ongoing operations and the building's occupants as little as possible.

With the Berlin-based Lindner Rido Fassadentechnologie GmbH, we also have a team specialising in inspection, maintenance and repair that exclusively handles service orders, provides engineering support and implements them with its own fitters.
