Cleanroom-compatible Air Outlet Hatch with magnetic closure and gas pressure dampers, integrated in a metal ceiling plate / metal cassette. The cover of the air outlet hatch is held in the closed position by means of electric or permament holding solenoids. The magnet can be disconnected or connected from the power supply via a separate switch or the building management system. If the power is interrupted or abandoned, the flap opens downwards under its own weight. Two gas pressure dampers limit the opening speed. Attention: The downstream openings are not approved smoke and heat extraction hatches!
