In principle, you can write your thesis in any of our business areas. We offer a wide range of topics for technical and commercial courses of study, such as business administration, computer science, business informatics, business psychology or civil engineering. Popular areas in our company for Bachelor's or Master's theses include marketing, logistics, controlling, IT, construction management, green building, research and development, product management, digitalisation and human resources management – many of them are related to sustainability. The working location is predominantly Arnstorf, but other German branches and construction projects are also possible. 

Writing a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis in a company ensures practical relevance in addition to academic preparation and therefore not only has a positive effect on your CV. You are prepared for working life in a smooth transition and already make your first contacts with companies. Often, the final thesis is also the first step into the professional world at Lindner: Many of our students become permanent employees after their time with us. In addition, practical supervision by a company contributes to a greater understanding of the topic of the thesis. Students often provide the impetus for new developments at our company, which means we actively involve you in our business processes and always have an open door for your ideas and concerns.

For a Bachelor's thesis with a duration of three months, you will receive a remuneration of 1,500 EUR. A Master's thesis with a duration of five months is paid 2,500 EUR.

We advertise some topics in our job market. Usually, however, you choose your topic together with one of our departments from a pool of possible projects. Do you already have a topic in mind for which you need practical support? No problem, just talk to us and we will see how we can implement your topic proposal together. Of course, you decide about what you ultimately write your Bachelor's thesis or Master's thesis!
