The Königstadt-Quartier is located at Pauline-Staegemann-Straße 2, in the middle of Berlin's dynamic capital. This central location, just a few minutes' walk from Alexanderplatz, allows residents and visitors to reach the pulsating heart of the city in no time at all. The quarter is surrounded by a wealth of different neighbourhoods and districts, guaranteeing a diverse range of activities right on the doorstep – whether shopping, culture, nightlife or recreation.

The Lindner Group played a significant role in the development and realisation of the Königsstadt Quartier. The aim was to give every single room in the building complex a unique atmosphere that would meet the high demands of residents and visitors. The installation of various products, including wooden doors, one-and-a-half-leaf residential entrance doors as well as ceilings and walls made of plasterboard, gave the interior an appealing and stylish character. In addition to the fit-out of approx. 120 flats, Lindner also undertook the complete furnishing of the entrance lobbies. Comprehensive screed, parquet and painting work complete the service package.
