Aluminium Panels for Raised Floors – Lightweight and Highly Load-Bearing

The Lindner Group’s aluminium raised floor system combines low weight with exceptional stability and precision – the ideal solution for technical rooms, data centres, and cleanrooms.

The panels, made from high-quality aluminium die-cast, are particularly lightweight yet designed to withstand high point and surface loads. Additional reinforcement profiles in the substructure allow the load-bearing capacity to be selectively increased without affecting the floor’s own weight.

The substructure itself is orthotropic, creating generous open cross-sections that provide ample space for cables, piping, and ventilation systems. At the same time, it ensures efficient air circulation in the cavity beneath the floor.

Product Features and System Integration

The aluminium raised floor system impresses with its load-bearing capacity, precision, and flexibility. Each system is tailored to specific load requirements and allows straightforward integration of technical installations. The modular design enables rapid adaptation to varying room and load conditions – ideal for renovations or changes of use.

For architects and planners, the system offers maximum design freedom and long-term planning reliability. It integrates seamlessly with Lindner cleanroom systems and other modular flooring solutions. Cables and installations remain fully accessible at all times, greatly simplifying maintenance and future upgrades.

Even during the design phase, Lindner provides technical data, BIM models, and expert advice to ensure planning and implementation are efficient, precise, and delivered on schedule.

Applications

The aluminium raised floor system is versatile and particularly suitable for:

  • Technical rooms and machine halls: reliably supports high loads and point load peaks
  • Server rooms and data centres: ensures optimal air distribution and provides robust panels for IT infrastructure
  • Cleanrooms: antistatic, non-magnetic, and corrosion-resistant panels meet the highest hygiene and safety standards
  • Industrial facilities: durable, dimensionally stable, and flexible for production or laboratory areas

Thanks to these properties, Lindner’s aluminium flooring system offers a combination of stability, flexibility, and precision, giving architects and planners confidence in both long-term usability and reliable planning.

Aluminium Raised Floors with Ventilation Function

For areas with high demands on air distribution and climate control, Lindner offers aluminium raised floor systems with integrated ventilation. These systems enable controlled and uniform air distribution directly through the floor cavity – a crucial advantage in cleanrooms, data centres, and technical areas where temperature stability and particle-free conditions are essential.

The ventilation panels are distinguished by high load-bearing capacity, precision, and abrasion resistance. Thanks to the orthotropic construction, stability is maintained even under large airflow volumes. Depending on requirements, various system options are available, which can be seamlessly combined with other aluminium panels.

With ALUVENT, PRODATA, and OCTOGRATE, Lindner provides high-performance solutions specifically tailored to the demanding conditions of cleanrooms and areas with high air volumes. All systems complement the modular aluminium panel range, giving architects and planners maximum flexibility in project design.
