Ils sont constitués de dalles de plancher usagées avec un noyau en sulfate de calcium renforcé par des fibres et peuvent être équipés d'un champ de protection périphérique. Les dalles de sulfate de calcium recyclées n'ont rien à envier aux neuves, bien au contraire: les dalles en fibre de plâtre du faux-plancher recyclé présentent les mêmes caractéristiques physiques et offrent un bilan carbone jusqu'à 75% plus favorable. Grâce à ses excellentes propriétés techniques et physiques, le système de plancher convient donc à presque toutes les utilisations!
Refurbished calcium sulphate panels are a sustainable and high-performance building material that aligns with the principles of circular construction. These are used raised floor panels whose fibre-reinforced gypsum cores are carefully refurbished to ensure all building-physical properties are preserved. Optionally, the panels can be fitted with all-round edge protection to extend their lifespan.
A key advantage of refurbished calcium sulphate panels is their up to 75 % improved CO₂ balance compared with new products. By reusing old materials, natural resources are conserved, waste is avoided, and the ecological footprint of construction projects is significantly reduced.
At the end of their service life, refurbished calcium sulphate panels can be returned to the recycling loop. Combined with their long lifespan and high recyclability, they make an active contribution to sustainable construction and ecological responsibility.
The panels’ flexibility allows use with a variety of floor coverings. They are suitable for both new builds and renovation or modernisation projects, as refurbishment does not impose any limitations on their application.
