Cleanroom Fit-out for VetViva Richter

Richter Pharma AG is sending a strong signal for the future and for Upper Austria as a business location with a comprehensive expansion of veterinary pharmaceutical production at its subsidiary VetViva. The new production complex in Wels is not only set to enhance the company’s competitiveness but also aims to create new jobs by tripling production capacity. The new facility will ensure a swift and reliable supply of products to veterinary practices across Austria as well as to partner companies throughout Europe.

Custom Cleanroom Systems to Meet the Highest Standards

As part of the modernisation effort, Lindner SE played a key role in the expansion of the cleanroom area, delivering tailor-made solutions that meet the stringent requirements for hygiene and functionality.

Single- and double-skin cleanroom wall systems of the Multiclean type were used, known for their exceptional ease of cleaning. Large glazed sections were integrated into the wall systems, allowing visual contact between different cleanroom areas without compromising hygienic standards.

Comprehensive Solutions for Access and Infrastructure

The wall system was complemented by various door solutions. The Slide MOP glass sliding door features a highly durable, easy-to-clean surface and can be optionally fitted with integrated laser or radiation shielding. In high-traffic areas, the GMP-compliant Swing MPH hinged door was installed, which can also be equipped with optional protective features.

To ensure smooth and safe operation, all door systems were fitted with automated drives. The Inline 2 control unit allows for precise locking and unlocking of multiple interconnected doors and supports the clear separation of cleanroom zones.

Load-Bearing Ceiling System for Technical Equipment and Maintenance

The expansion concept was rounded off with the walk-on ceiling system Line 100S Type 2. This system offers high load-bearing capacity while allowing for concealed routing of cables and service lines. The generous suspension space provides additional room for technical installations and facilitates maintenance work without disrupting ongoing production processes.
