Tenant Fit-Out Omron ATC

The office project "Blue Wing" in Stuttgart, realised by Mercurius Real Estate, offers an impressive total area of 10,200 m² across six floors and meets stringent modern ESG standards in terms of environmental sustainability. As one of the few buildings in Germany, "Blue Wing" was constructed as a KfW 55 building: By utilising heat pumps, state-of-the-art building automation, and renewable energy from its own solar system, the building's primary energy demand is reduced to just 55% of the reference value.

As the first tenant, the Omron Corporation, a leading Japanese company in the field of industrial automation, has taken up 2,300 m² of office space. The architectural concept is designed by the renowned Japanese designer Ryo Matsui and features a representative showroom with an intricate wall cladding that defines the aesthetic of the location.

For the tenant fit-out of the Omron office spaces, the Lindner Group, through its Tenant Fit-Out | Design & Build division, undertook essential interior fit-out services and supplied the appropriate products. These included bespoke wall and ceiling coverings as well as the frameless partition wall system Lindner Life Clear. This glass partition not only allows for a transparent room layout but also provides high sound insulation with a rating of Rw 49 dB.

In terms of flooring, the Lindner Group opted for the dry hollow floor system FLOOR and more^®: The calcium sulphate floor panels ensure the highest levels of safety and efficiency due to their non-combustible, smoke-tight properties, and are also Cradle to Cradle Certified^® Silver.

Additional fit-out services included dry construction work, tiling and natural stone cladding, bespoke furniture, and the installation of the LMD-St 214 stretched metal ceiling, which makes a significant contribution to the building's sustainability with its Cradle to Cradle Certified^® Gold.
