Natural Living Close to the City
A home where you can spend your free time, draw strength and peace from nature and feel harmony: This is the aim of Residential Park Lozen. The gated community in the Bulgarian village of Lozen fulfils the dream of many families to live in a natural environment with a high level of comfort. In addition to the residential units, the gated community also includes the construction of a separate area with public spaces – including a public school with kindergarten, various sports facilities and playgrounds. A business park and professional facility management will complement the residential complex at the foot of Lozenska Mountain: the latter will provide additional security and guarantee a well-maintained residential environment with more leisure opportunities.
2019: Groundbreaking!
The construction process is divided into two phases. Since the summer of 2019, 135 housing units have been built, varying in type (row houses, semi-detached houses or single houses), number of square metres and layout. The first families moved into their new homes at the end of last year. In parallel with the first phase of construction, phase II of Residential Park Lozen has already started in August 2021: The next 41 rоw houses and 18 semi-detached houses in the complex will now be completed. Another project of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria in the Residential Park Lozen is the construction of two office buildings, which will also house the company's own employees.
Construction with a General Contractor
The new residential complex Residential Park Lozen near Sofia is the successor to Residential Park Sofia – the first project of this type and size in Bulgaria. Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD developed both projects: The Lindner Group subsidiary was responsible for construction management, sales and marketing. The general contractor for both projects was another subsidiary of the Lindner Group in Bulgaria, Lindner Bulgaria EOOD, which was responsible for all construction services for the projects - from planning and execution to turnkey handover. The gated community will be completed this year with the construction of two office buildings with commercial space in the residential park, where Lindner's wide range of floor, ceiling and wall systems will play an important role.
