Dein starkes Profil:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or any related field
  • Fluent in English, & Arabic/Hindi
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fit-out or construction industry in KSA
  • Meeting sales target, profit and order backlog
  • Technical & Commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, result- oriented and able to work independently
  • Team player
  • Organizing and managing ability
  • Service oriented and efficient working manner

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the same field in KSA

Deine neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients, architects and key stakeholders with extensive follow up
  • Product Knowledge on raised access floor, ceiling, partition, dry construction
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored fit –out solutions
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, construction methods, and materials relevant to projects
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients showcasing LME’s capabilities
  • Ensure proposals align with client expectations and company capabilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any technical concerns
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends
  • Develop and maintain connection with Architects/Consultants/Stakeholders to specify Lindner products
  • Willingness to Travel locally/Internationally
