University degree in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management preferred); possession of a professional license issued by the Engineering Chamber of Serbia is considered an advantage
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in cost estimation and tender preparation for construction projects
Fluency in English (B2/C1 level); knowledge of an additional foreign language such as German, Spanish, or French is considered an advantage
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; working knowledge of AutoCAD is required, while experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera is considered an advantage
Excellent understanding of construction technologies, processes, and materials
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
High level of accuracy, analytical thinking, and a systematic approach to work;

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional to join our team as Head of Bid Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and further developing the tendering process, coordinating the preparation of commercial and technical offers, and managing the tendering team to ensure accurate, competitive, and high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and analyzing project and technical documentation, including identification of commercial and technical risks and opportunities during the pricing process
- Reviewing, revising, and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and preliminary cost estimates based on technical documentation
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering
- Preparing inquiries for subcontractors and suppliers and coordinating communication throughout the tendering process
- Developing and maintaining internal cost databases in cooperation with the Procurement Department
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for construction works, systems, and equipment
- Verifying quantities, scope completeness, and tender documentation for turnkey and lump-sum projects
- Performing comparative analysis of subcontractor and supplier quotations, including evaluation and calculation of direct and indirect project cost
- Preparing project cost structures and supporting commercial documentation
- Drafting tender submission letters with clearly defined technical and commercial conditions
- Cooperating closely with the Investment & Development, Sales, Procurement, and Technical Preparation Departments
- Preparing internal reports in accordance with company procedures and standards
