- The Procurement Department, including its divisions for Assembly and Central Trade Administration, has access to the recorded data.
External recipients and third parties (including group companies):
- Within the Lindner Group of companies, data is made available to the responsible assembly managers, project managers, and/or site managers, depending on the requirements of the project. The aforementioned positions (except for assembly managers and subcontractor procurement officers) may also be held by external appointees (who are not group companies). Additional non-group entities (only where there is a legitimate interest) include clients and companies providing construction site support services (e.g., logistics and access control).

- KJF Werkstätten gemeinnützige GmbH, Kirchhoffstr. 3, 93055 Regensburg. KJF Werkstätten enters the data of the employees assigned to the construction site into the system.
