This privacy information explains the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data by Lindner Group KG.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
3.1 Registration for and Conduct of Online Events
The storage and associated processing of your data takes place for the purpose of participating in our webinars and sending participant certificates. This is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in ensuring the proper conduct of the webinar. Fundamental rights and freedoms are not adversely affected by this data processing.
3.2 Performance Measurement and Improvement of Online Events
For the purpose of measuring success, we compare how many participants in online events subsequently apply to us. To this end, Lindner Group KG processes your personal data (surname, first name, date of birth, intended school-leaving qualification, email address, how you became aware of us) for a period of two years. Pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, this data processing requires the express consent of the participant and, where applicable, the consent of the legal guardian in accordance with Art. 8(1)(a) GDPR.
Participants aged 16 and over:
After submitting the declaration of consent and providing your email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Your personal data will only be processed for a period of two years once you have clicked on the link contained therein (known as the double opt-in procedure).
Participants under the age of 16:
If you have not yet reached the age of sixteen, please note that the data processing is only lawful if and to the extent that such consent is given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility for you. After submitting the declaration of consent and providing the email address, the legal guardian will receive a confirmation email. The personal data will only be processed for a period of two years once the link contained therein has been clicked (known as the double opt-in procedure).
Categories of Personal Data:
Surname, first name, date of birth, email address, email address of the legal guardian (for participants under 16), school, intended school-leaving qualification, how you became aware of us, technical device data, and IP address.
Categories of Recipients of Personal Data; Transfer of Personal Data to Third Countries:
Through the use of the video conferencing tool, the provider gains access to technical device data and the IP address.
4. Retention Periods
All personal data transmitted to us as a result of your registration for participation in the online event will be stored for 30 days. Otherwise, the data will be stored for 2 years in accordance with the consent given.
5. Your Rights as a Data Subject
You have the right at any time to obtain information from the controller about the personal data concerning your minor child, as well as the right to rectification of inaccurate data, the right to erasure or restriction of processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data based on Art. 6(1)(e) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In that case, we will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject.
We are required to respond to any request for information or any other inquiry addressed to us in connection with the matters described above within 30 days.
The extent to which your requests for, for example, rectification, erasure, restriction, or withdrawal can be enforced depends on whether and to what extent the controller is required to continue processing your personal data due to a legal obligation applicable to us.
A declaration of consent that has been given may be revoked at any time, in whole or in part, with effect for the future by you or by the legal guardian (in the case of participants under the age of sixteen) by sending an email to Ausbildung@Lindner-Group.com. The revocation of consent or the refusal to give consent shall have no legal consequences.
You have the right and the opportunity at any time to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection regarding our data processing:
