Functionality and Purpose of the Chatbot
The chatbot uses generative artificial intelligence, in particular a language model (LLM – Large Language Model), to generate responses based on the text you enter. The chatbot is configured to answer general questions relating to applications, training, and career opportunities at Lindner Group. It cannot be ruled out that generated texts may contain incorrect, misleading, or outdated information. The chatbot's outputs are therefore non-binding and do not constitute legally binding commitments or declarations. They are not a substitute for individual advice in particular. The chatbot's statements do not necessarily reflect the views or values of Lindner Group.
Use of the Chatbot
The chatbot may be used exclusively for questions relating to applications, training, and career opportunities at Lindner Group. It is not possible to submit an application or application documents via the chatbot; any such submissions will not be considered. Please use the application channels specified in our job postings or on the careers page.
Prohibited content and conduct:
Use requires a minimum age of 13. If you are under 18, the consent of your parents or legal guardians is required. By using the chatbot, you confirm that you meet the aforementioned requirements and comply with these terms of use.
No Warranty and Liability
We do not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, quality, or completeness of the information generated by the chatbot. Under no circumstances shall the content provided by the chatbot be legally binding. No claims may be brought against the provider on the basis of the outputs. The service may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. There is no claim to availability. We assume no responsibility for damages resulting from misuse of the chatbot (in particular acts of defamation or violations of personal rights). Users are obliged to refrain from such use.
Data Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our privacy policy. Further information can be found in our privacy policy. Please do not enter any personal data or special category data (pursuant to Article 9 GDPR) into the chat. Such inputs are prohibited.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to amend these terms of use as necessary. The currently applicable version can be viewed on this website at any time.
Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be, as far as legally permissible, the registered office of the provider. Should any provision of these terms of use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
