Das neue vierstöckige Gerichtsgebäude von Coffs Harbour verfügt über erstklassige Einrichtungen für effiziente und sichere Anhörungen. Der Neubau bietet zudem um die Hälfte mehr Platz als das vorherige Gerichtsgebäude. Für die Errichtung dieses Gerichtsgebäudes, welches auch eine Polizeistation behaust, wurde ein Investitionsvolumen von 73 Millionen AUS$ bereitgestellt. Damit ist Coffs Harbour einer der größten Justizbezirke im regionalen New South Wales. Lindner lieferte für dieses Projekt Lamellendecken vom Typ LMD-L 601.
