Especially ceiling systems in gymnasiums, schools and indoor swimming pools have to meet the high requirements for statics and safety. This is referred to as ball impact resistance. For this reason, our ceiling systems are rigorously tested for stability in our own ball impact tests: In accordance with DIN EN 13964 Annex D or DIN 18032-3, our ceiling systems must withstand balls hitting them at a speed of up to 65 km/h without deforming or even coming loose.
